Arbitration Practice:

The focus of B&A’s dispute resolution practice is to achieve our clients’ commercial objectives in accordance with the law. When our clients face difficult problems, we are committed to exploring and finding tailored and cost-effective legal solutions and outcomes that work for them.

At B&A, our job is not only to provide legal options, but also to recommend a specific course of action. We believe all disputes are unique and that our clients deserve specialized and practical advice on how to achieve their objectives.

In a conflict situation, we help our clients to select the best strategy to manage and resolve the matter, whether through litigation or alternative means such as mediation and arbitration.

Without compromising our clients’ interests, we always explore “win-win” scenarios that provide opportunities to resolve their differences with disputing parties and restore and continue commercial relationships.

Our services cover litigation through the Courts as well as resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods (conciliation, mediation and arbitration). Our dispute resolution resources include an internationally accredited mediator and arbitrator amongst our team as well as a fully equipped mediation and arbitration room within our Jakarta office.

Firm Overview:

B&A is a young and dynamic full-service, independent Indonesian law firm.

Established in 2007, we have quickly forged a reputation as one of the leading newer legal practices in Indonesia. This is evidenced by high client satisfaction which has driven the rapid growth of the firm, as well as recognition from legal directories and publications such as Asialaw Profiles, IFLR 1000 and The Legal 500.

We offer legal services that are comparable to the top law firms in Indonesia. But at the same time, our independence means a relatively lower cost base and the ability to offer flexible and competitive fees. We also strive to work smarter so that the value of our results exceeds the cost of our services.

We focus on delivering effective solutions and outcomes that are tailored for our clients. We are client service oriented and open to new and innovative approaches to legal practice. At the same time, we are known for adhering to the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct.

We are well known for the efficiency of our services. But clients can rest assured that the speed with which we work will not compromise the quality of our services.

While independent, we have strategic international affiliations with carefully selected law firms to draw on. We are a member of TAGLaw®, a worldwide alliance of over 145 independent law firms with more than 9,000 lawyers in over 85 countries.
