Insan joined a reputable law firm soon after he graduated. With more than three decades of experience, he established Maulana and Partners Law Firm in 2011. He has a superb ability to build a tailored argument when representing clients’ interests.
As a litigator, corporate lawyer, and patent attorney since 1986, he was awarded the Leading Individual in Intellectual Property Practice in Indonesia by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 – 2006/2007 editions. Recently, Insan was also named one of Asia Business Law Journal Indonesia’s Top 100 Lawyers since 2018.
