Mediation Practice:

At PRK Partners, we try to manage disputes for our clients in the easiest and most cost effective way. Our attorneys are therefore committed to pursuing alternative avenues of dispute resolution. At the same time, we strive, whether through negotiation or indirectly through a mediator, to maintain a win-win strategy. Our attorneys are skilled negotiators and have repeatedly been successful in finding mutually acceptable solutions for both parties to the dispute.

Especially mediation under supervision of attorneys of PRK Partners is often a positive experience for clients, as they receive the viewpoint of a third party on the dispute
