Armando Bode is an Associate at Boga & Associates, which he joined in 2015.  He assists foreign investors (including Fortune 500 companies) on various business law aspects, including corporate, compliance and regulatory implications.  Armando is also a licensed Trademark Attorney and regularly advises clients operating in technology, fashion and food industries in IP, IT and data protection law assignments.

Rezart Spahia

Rezart Spahia is a founding member and managing partner of Frost & Fire Consulting. Primarily a lawyer by training and experience, he has advised international and local clients on a broad range of corporate transactions for close to twenty years.

Prior to founding Frost & Fire Consulting, Mr. Spahia spent almost a decade as a corporate finance lawyer with the premiere American law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, both in its New York and London offices. While at Cravath, Mr. Spahia worked with clients across industries on a multitude of matters including in: (i) the mergers and acquisition practice group, assisting sellers and buyers with acquisitions, dispositions or investments; (ii) the underwriting practice group, assisting underwriters and issuers with IPOs and other securities offerings; (iii) the private equity practice group, assisting investors with strategic acquisitions and investments including real estate; (iv) the banking practice group, assisting banking clients with setting up credit facilities; (v) the London office group, working with international clients on various cross-border transactions; and (vi) the general corporate practice group, advising corporate clients’ boards on a broad array of corporate governance best practices. Mr. Spahia was born in Tirana, Albania. He received a BA in history, graduating as class valedictorian and was awarded the Gold Medal from the Albanian Ministry of Education, the highest academic honor of the time. In 2000, Mr. Spahia graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, where he accomplished various academic achievements, including being selected as member of the Cornelious Honor Society and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society on the basis of superior scholarship and leadership. Mr. Spahia was also the only student in the school’s history to graduate with two specialty certificates in Business Law and Environmental Law. Pursuant to his JD studies, Mr. Spahia received a master of laws (LL.M.) degree in International Legal Studies with concentration in international economic law from New York University School of Law, graduating with a magna cum laude GPA equivalent, where he was also a graduate editor of the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics. Prior to embarking on his legal path, Mr. Spahia was an underwater archaeologist at the Academy of Sciences in Albania and the Institute of Nautical Archaeology at Texas A&M University.

Shpati Hoxha

Shpati Hoxha is a partner and one of the founders of HM&H. His practice focuses on corporate law, trade and competition matters, IP and IT law. Shpati advises investors on a wide range of business issues, including governance, market conduct, M&As, project financing, distribution and trade agreements, technology transfer, trademark enforcement, data protection, privacy, security and internet law. Shpati has moreover a significant experience in energy projects  in the energy and natural resources sector and has assisted clients in a number of high value M&A, financing and PPP transactions.

He has been involved in the drafting of key business related Acts, such as the commercial registry law (effective from 2007), the company law (effective from 2008), the takeover law (effective from 2010) and the new cross-border merger law (effective from 2012). Shpati received a J.D. equivalent in comparative commercial law from Turin University Law School.
