Francesco Misuraca is an Attorney at Law and partner at SMAF & Associates (Studio legale SMAF & Associati). He was admitted to the bar in October 1998, and now focuses on international commercial and corporate law, assisting companies engaged in cross-border activities and investments in foreign markets.
His work includes drafting international agency and distribution agreements, handling patent applications and licensing matters, and providing legal opinions on international law issues. He also advises on the incorporation of companies abroad and on international tax planning structures, including Gibraltar Trusts, Liechtenstein Foundations, and Delaware LLCs.
