Francesco Misuraca is an Attorney-at-Law and partner at SMAF & Associates (Studio Legale SMAF & Associati). He was admitted to the Bar in October 1998 and currently concentrates his professional practice on international commercial and corporate law, assisting companies engaged in cross-border operations and investments in foreign markets.

His professional activity includes the drafting of international agency and distribution agreements, the handling of patent applications and licensing matters, and the preparation of legal opinions concerning issues of international law.
