Oğuz İsen is a practicing attorney and co-founder of İsen & Kahveci Attorneys at Law, located in Şişli, Istanbul. He works across a broad range of legal areas, including litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, labour and social security law, consumer law, and international transactions. His practice also includes intellectual property, personal data protection, and matters involving foreigners and citizenship.
He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, admitted in 2013.
Oğuz earned his law degree from the Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2012. In addition to his legal practice, he has continued his academic development with a master’s degree in Environmental and Forestry Law from Istanbul University in 2017, followed by a second master’s in IT Law from Bahçeşehir University in 2021. These areas of study reflect his interest in both established legal systems and emerging legal challenges.
Oğuz is fluent in both Turkish and English, and continues to provide legal support tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses, with a focus on clear, effective solutions.
