Teresa Y.C. Pan is the Deputy CEO and a Senior Partner at Formosan Brothers. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2008 and has been with the firm ever since, taking on increasing responsibilities over the years before assuming her current leadership role. She is admitted to practice law in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese.
Alongside her practice, Ms. Pan contributes to legal scholarship and public discussion on developments in the law. She co-authored The Legal Handbook for Business Professionals II: The Battle for Trade Secret Protection, published by Commercial Culture Co., Ltd. in December 2024. She has also written for the Commercial Times Expert’s Commentary Column, including her May 2021 article, “Adjusting Wages to Combat the Pandemic Together,” which explores labor and employment issues arising during the COVID-19 pandemic.
