Dya co-founded ETUDE GHOSE in 2006. She is an Attorney-at-Law and she heads ETUDE GHOSE. Dya read law at the University of Mauritius and topped at the Attorneys Vocational Examinations in 2005.

Since then, Dya has acquired considerable litigation experience, having appeared before every jurisdiction in Mauritius and before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London. Sunil Bheeroo has had an evolving career following his secondary education in England. Having chosen the Economics and Business Management field of studies at his A Levels, he went on to gain his first Degree in Marketing & Business Management with success as he developed a keen interest in the field of business and entrepreneurial.

He then joined Financial Institutions in the UK as Administrator & Financial Advisor.

Mr. Gilles Athaw is a Barrister qualified in U.K. and called to the Bar of UK and in Mauritius. Mr. Athaw has wide experience in the corporate and financial services sector. He has been advising several multinationals, banks and investment banks. He has acted as the Mauritian counsel in various financial transactions including structured financing, debt restructuring and derivatives transactions.
