Nicole C. Snyder

Ms. Snyder’s employment law practice extends to all matters arising from the employment relationship, including policies and procedures, discipline and termination, compliance with sexual harassment and medical leave laws, wage and hour requirements, employment agreements, and employee rights. 

She has represented clients in employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before the Idaho Human Rights Commission. She also has extensive experience drafting agreements and negotiating matters relating to employee non-competition covenants.

Ms. Snyder joined Holland & Hart’s Boise office in 2001. She earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Michigan Law School.

Vincent A. Cavallo

Vincent A. Cavallo, Esq. received his Juris Doctor from Saint John’s School of Law in 1983 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984. He worked as a solo practitioner from 1984-1988 and was a founding partner of Cavallo & Cavallo Attorneys in 1989. Vincent A. Cavallo has been representing the interests of clients for over 34 years. He has concentrated his practice primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, with specific emphasis on representing buyers, sellers, and banks in residential and commercial purchases, sales, and refinance transactions. Mr. Cavallo’s experience representing all major financial institutions gives him a unique ability to understand and efficiently expedite real estate transactions for the benefit of his clients. Bronx attorney Vincent A. Cavallo graduated with honors from Saint John’s University in 1973, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is presently a member of the New Rochelle Bar Association and is a court appointed Referee, Arbitrator, and Real Estate Broker.

Tyler J. Anderson

Tyler Anderson’s practice is focused in the areas of litigation and mediation at both the trial and appellate level, with a primary emphasis on commercial, banking and finance, construction defect, and employment litigation. He has represented a wide variety of clients throughout the United States in state and federal courts. His experience in handling various litigated matters for a diverse group of clients allows him to provide seasoned advice based on actual experience.

Mr. Anderson has handled numerous banking matters involving diverse issues, including breach of participation agreements, foreclosures, breach of promissory note, breach of guaranty, and lender liability defense.

Mr. Anderson’s understanding of the legal process and his ability to effectively serve clients in all phases of litigation is strengthened by his prior service as a law clerk in both the federal and state courts.

Mr. Anderson has participated in several matters on behalf of the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program. Additionally, he has participated in the federal court pro bono program and successfully represented a prisoner in federal court involving claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the Eighth Amendment. Mr. Anderson also serves on the statewide committee for the YMCA Youth Government Program.
