Zineb Idrissia Hamzi

Hamzi Law Firm is a Morocco based business law firm that was founded by Mrs Zineb Idrissia Hamzi, in July 1999.

Since then, the firm has developed an extensive experience assisting local and foreign investors, and offering a high level-expertise on consultancy or contentious matters, touching on all business and commercial issues.

As Moroccan correspondent to many foreign law firms, and as expert referenced by international organizations, the firm has become a natural one-stop-shop for companies seeking to invest in Morocco which appreciate the capability of its teams to provide advice, in an international environment, and to speak many foreign languages (English, Spanish) along with French and Arabic.

Moreover, as the crisis has generated new needs for our clients, the firm has improved its expertise in providing legal assistance for legal, tax, and social restructuring.

Again, and in order to support the changing needs of our customers and to better defend their interests, the firm has participated, as a founding member, to the launching, the 22nd of May, 2013, in New York, of the International Financial Litigation Network. This is going to be an Association of Lawyers that work on law firms, banks and financial institutions to coordinate some kind of joint proposals to recover and strength confidence in financial institutions.

The law firms main areas of expertise include, principally: Corporate and Contract Law, Transportation Law and Insurance, Distribution and Competition Law, Tax Law, Labour Law, Energy and Projects, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation.

A long legal practice allows us, also, to assist our clients for the preparation and the handling of pre-litigation and litigation files.
