Dr. Ali Alrobayee is the Chairman and Head of the Legal Team at ASRLAWGROUP LLC. He is a Saudi legal advisor with over two decades of experience in legal practice, including more than 15 years in senior leadership roles, with a focus on litigation, foreign investment, and international trade law.
His early career, beginning in 1998, was shaped by exposure to a range of sectors including tourism and hospitality, healthcare, and government. During this period, he worked as a Legal Researcher at the Ministry of Justice, an experience that provided him with a strong grounding in regulatory and public-sector legal work.
Over time, his practice expanded into more complex commercial and cross-border matters. In 2012, he joined Soaib Law Firm in association with Charles Russell Speechlys, where he worked on litigation and international legal matters, particularly foreign investment and trade-related advisory. He was later given responsibility for leading the firm’s Al Khobar branch in the Eastern Province, a role that further developed his leadership and client advisory experience.
In 2015, Dr. Alrobayee founded ASRLAWGROUP LLC with the intention of building a practice that brings together experienced legal professionals to support both local and international clients with practical, reliable legal services.
He currently leads the firm with a steady focus on combining local legal understanding with international perspectives, advising clients on litigation, commercial transactions, foreign investment, and cross-border matters.
