Salman Mahmood
Professional Biography
Salman Mahmood has been in the legal profession since 1996. He started his practice in Pakistan, where he advised a number of international and domestic energy companies in the power and upstream oil & gas sectors.
Since early 2007, Salman has practiced with the Firm, focusing on energy, infrastructure, syndicated finance, debt restructurings, capital markets, and TMT. He assists a diverse range of corporate and institutional clients in projects, dispute management and negotiations, public tenders and awards, taxation, and special economic zones.
Salman has an LLB from the University of Punjab in Pakistan and an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London in the United Kingdom.
Salman is licensed as an Advocate of the High Court by the Punjab Bar Council in Pakistan.
Salman is fluent in Urdu and English.
