Professional Biography

Kendall Ruiz Jiménez is a Costa Rican attorney and legal scholar, holding a Doctorate in Commercial and Civil Procedural Law. He is a recognized expert in corporate law, arbitration, artificial intelligence in legal practice, and judicial reform. Kendall has been honored with prestigious awards such as the 2024 Legal Merit Award by the Inter-American Bar Association, and serves as Director of the Costa Rica Chapter of the Ibero-American Association of Private Law. He is also an accomplished author with numerous legal publications.
