In 2014-2016, General Director of the All-Ukrainian Union for Bookmaking Development (VSRB). Member of the Interagency working group at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the consideration and resolution of problematic issues in the field of gambling and lotteries (2015). Chairman of the Coordinating council for socially responsible legalization of casino (2017). Consultant of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on family, youth policy, sports and tourism.

Co-author and editor of the publication “Legal regulation of gambling: European experience, practice in post-Soviet countries, prospects of Ukraine”(in Ukrainian and English, 2015). Since 2016, he is the President of the Ukrainian Gaming Industry Association (UGIA), a non-trade body bringing together experts in the field of gambling business.

As a head of VSRB and UGIA in 2014-2020, she has represented the public and business in dialogue with the Ukrainian legislative and executive authorities on the conditions of legalization of gambling business, participated in the development of the relevant legal framework, including the draft Law “On state regulation of activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling” and amendments to the Tax Code concerning taxation of the gambling. She is a regular speaker at specialized international conferences on the legal regulation of gambling.
