Carlos Villacorta Salís is a partner at BCVLEX and has been a member of the Madrid Bar since 1993. He is a former member of the Bordeaux Bar Association in France. His professional work primarily focuses on aviation law, cross-border civil liability, consumer law, human rights, and private international law. He serves as a legal expert in preparing Spanish law certificates for foreign courts. Carlos is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
He is actively involved in several legal organizations and advisory boards. His roles include membership in the Advisory Council of the Liability and Insurance Section of the Madrid Bar Association and participation on the boards of several prominent international legal organizations.
