Dr. Christian Aschauer is an experienced international arbitrator with nearly 20 years in the field. He acts under major rules like the ICC, VIAC, Camera Arbitrale, DIS, Swiss Rules, and ad hoc, and also handles enforcement and annulment proceedings before state courts.

His work covers a wide range of industries and disputes—from energy and construction to M&A, financial transactions, distribution agreements, joint ventures, and telecommunications.

Alongside his practice, Dr. Aschauer is a part-time professor at the University of Graz, Austria, where he teaches Austrian arbitration law. He frequently speaks at seminars and conferences, sharing insights from his international experience.
