Avv. Marco Morace

Avv. Marco Morace joined the Firm in 2003. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience in the legal department of Procter & Gamble in Rome, completed an internship with leading London insurers, and worked as a visiting lawyer with international law firms Holman Fenwick & Willan (London) and Hill Dickinson (London).

He has lectured in Maritime Law at the University of Naples “Parthenope” and currently teaches at the Master of International Management program of I.P.E. (www.ipeistituto.it) in Naples. In 2016, he was a panelist at the London Panel Debate “Driving Best Claims Practices” as part of the Italian TPA and Legal Counsel Programme organized by Lloyd’s.

Fluent in Italian and English, Avv. Morace focuses on areas such as accident and personal injury, insurance and reinsurance, intellectual property, litigation and dispute resolution, marine insurance, professional liability, shipping and offshore, and yachts & superyachts.

His professional experience includes handling insurance matters across multiple classes of business—including E&O, D&O, professional indemnity, and transport and cargo losses—as well as counter-fraud strategies, international sale and purchase of goods (including yachts and mega yachts), contract restructuring, international credit recovery, marine and aviation disputes, arbitrations, and complex commercial litigation.
