Firm Description:
Fiercely independent. Wholly collegiate.
We are an influential, innovative Swiss law firm, dedicated to providing effective legal solutions for Swiss and international clients, covering business, tax and regulatory matters.
Working from modern offices in Zurich, Basel and Geneva, our attorneys, tax advisers and public notaries are organised under the direction of experienced partners in practice teams, covering all areas of commercial law. They work together, forming agile teams to tackle the issues that you need addressing.
Independent expert advice you can rely on
Clients demand and deserve impartial, unbiased advice. Our conflict of interest standards set us apart from other firms. The fact that we are not tied to an association of law firms or attorney network means that our ability to select and instruct counsel in international transactions is never compromised.
We have spent decades building up networks with attorneys, subject matter experts and firms that meet our standard. We can choose freely from that network, to meet the demands of your specific brief.
