Toshikazu Sakai

Toshikazu Sakai has accumulated extensive experience in domestic and cross-border corporate legal affairs through his work at major law firms and a foreign-affiliated law firm, with a particular focus on financial practice. His financial practice covers both financial regulation, including banking, securities, trusts, and asset management, and financial transactions such as those related to banking and real estate. In addition to his legal work, he serves as a part-time outside director of a regional bank and as a compliance officer for a foreign investment advisory firm. Toshikazu hopes to contribute to clients with his experience and knowledge.
