PHILIP K. LYON was one of the founding Partners and President of the Little Rock, Arkansas and Nashville, Tennessee law firm of Jack, Lyon & Jones, P.A. in 1986 and now is founding member of Lyon & Phillips, PLLC with offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Jasper, Arkansas; admitted to Arkansas Bar in 1967; admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1970; and admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1989.
