Kar Han heads the firm’s Commercial Business Unit and has been a Partner of the firm since 1995. Recognised as one of the leading corporate and mergers & acquisition lawyers in Malaysia, he is well versed in advising clients on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial and financial transactions. He has advised on some notable takeovers of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring as well as debt and equity issues.

Kar Han has extensive experience in advising domestic as well as foreign direct investors in cross-border transactions.
