Jason Moore is a founding partner and attorney at DiPasquale Moore, LLC, where he focuses on personal injury litigation, including civil litigation, bad faith insurance claims, and product liability cases.
Although he grew up in Chicago, Jason began his legal career in Kansas City, initially defending insurance companies in personal injury lawsuits. Over time, he chose to represent individuals seeking justice, using his insider knowledge of insurance practices to pursue maximum results for his clients.
As a trial attorney, Jason is known for his pragmatic and aggressive approach.
