Fozeia Rana-Fahy
Professional Biography
Fozeia Rana-Fahy is the Managing Partner of MJM and Head of MJM’s Dispute Resolution Team. She is widely recognised as one of Bermuda’s leading litigators, advising on complex, high-value disputes with a particular focus on contentious trusts, commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
Her practice spans multi-jurisdictional trust disputes, corporate and shareholder litigation, and banking and insurance-related disputes. She is regularly instructed in matters involving significant financial exposure, reputational sensitivity and cross-border elements. She began her career in London undertaking insurance and shipping litigation, and continues to advise insurers and financial institutions on a range of contentious and strategic matters.
Fozeia appears frequently before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of Bermuda and is also an experienced mediator, known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach to dispute resolution.
