Faisal A. Siddiqui is a Saudi lawyer and legal consultant and the Managing Partner of Faisal A Siddiqi Law Firm. He brings over two decades of experience in corporate law, international trade, and dispute resolution, advising multinational corporations and local entities on complex legal frameworks within Saudi Arabia. His practice includes finance, business law, securities disputes, and corporate governance.
He is a certified attorney in securities by the Saudi Bar Association, holds CME-1 certification, and is a Certified GRC Specialist by OCEG. He is also a Fellow in Legal Finance and Dispute Resolution from the “Qadha” Society.
