Professional Biography
Helene Rebholz, LL.M., is an attorney and notary based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with extensive experience in financial markets, corporate law, and civil litigation. She has been admitted to practice in Liechtenstein since 2004 and Austria since 2005, and she works fluently in German, English, and French.
Her practice covers banking and insurance law, asset management, investment funds, crypto and blockchain, company law including trusts and foundations, as well as M&A and civil law. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with practical guidance and clear advice.
Helene has built her career over more than two decades in Liechtenstein. She began at Marxer & Partner as a trust officer and junior lawyer, then became managing partner at Batliner Gasser Attorneys at Law, where she led the M&A, banking, insurance, and investment funds practice group. She later co-founded König Rebholz Zechberger and, since 2021, has been a partner at Paragraph 7 Attorneys at Law.
Beyond her legal practice, Helene has contributed to the wider financial and corporate community, including serving on the board of 1741 Fund Management AG.
