Davide Guardamagna
Professional Biography
Davide Virgilio Francesco Guardamagna is a lawyer with a focus on Commercial and Corporate Law, particularly in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). He is the Managing Partner at GeALex – Corporate & Commercial Law and is admitted to practice before the Italian High Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) as a Cassation lawyer.
Alongside his legal practice, he teaches Civil Law at the Foundation of the Council of the Bar Association of Milan and at the Litubium High Professional Training School, where he contributes to the training of aspiring legal professionals. He earned an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania, which supports his work on matters involving international and cross-border elements.
