A long-standing tradition of ethical practice is a source of pride for this law firm, whose origins date back to 1949. It was then that Dr. Jottin Cury, after earning his law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, began practicing in the city of Barahona.

In early 1974, he opened an office on Socorro Sánchez Street in the emblematic Gascue neighborhood. Years later, still within the same area of the capital, he relocated to Crucero Ahrens Street, and eventually established the firm on Manuel Rodríguez Objío Street, where it operated until September 2014.

The firm has provided services to numerous private companies and public institutions, always guided by a firm commitment to dignity and ethical conduct. With a focus on clarifying the scope of legal norms and facilitating their application, it regularly publishes studies on legal topics. It also presents proposals for legal reform, driven by the hope of adapting the law to the realities of modern life and laying the groundwork for a more just society.
