Professional Biography
Anthony Cavanaugh is a trial lawyer representing clients in both state and federal court in all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation, as well as in toxic tort matters.
Anthony has experience handling complex disputes in the real estate and hospitality industries, including evaluating and litigating disputes with owners, management companies, franchisors, tenants, lenders, and vendors, and litigating complex construction and engineering disputes. He has also represented clients in cases involving toxic tort litigation, including the defense of a leading chemical manufacturer in a series of medical monitoring class actions and groundwater contamination cases involving use and disposal of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (“PFAs”).
