Annick Vroninks
Professional Biography
Annick Vroninks is a partner in our antitrust, regulatory and trade practice, and EU law practice in Brussels.
Annick has broad experience in all areas of competition law. She has acted in a number of high-profile cartel and abuse cases before the Competition Authorities in Belgium and the EU, and has built up particular expertise in defending dominant companies across many different industries. Annick also represents clients before the Belgian and European Courts in contentious competition-law-related cases. In addition, she advises a variety of primarily industrial clients on EU and Belgian merger control, and has inter alia been involved in numerous energy-related mergers (including second phase).
Annick handles competition law cases and advises on compliance with competition law in a range of industry sectors, including energy, consumer goods, retail, waste, cement, and packaging.
