Michael DiPasquale
Professional Biography
Michael DiPasquale is the Founding Partner of DM Injury Law and a passionate advocate for people who have been injured. He began his legal career defending insurance companies and large corporations, gaining firsthand insight into how big companies handle claims. That experience inspired him to put his skills to work for individuals and families who have been wrongfully injured.
Michael is now known as Kansas City’s football personal injury lawyer. He provides clients with the representation they need and deserve.
Michael handles serious cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, workplace injuries, defective products, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, brain injuries, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, personal injury, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death. His combination of legal knowledge, trial experience, creative problem-solving, and personal attention ensures that clients receive effective and meaningful advocacy.
Since 2013, Michael has led DiPasquale Moore, LLC, serving clients throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
