Professional Biography
Agbor-Nduku Patrick Kemba is the Managing Partner of Credence Legal, where he is responsible for the Firm’s overall strategic direction, governance, and growth. He also leads the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice, advising clients on complex legal, regulatory, and transactional matters across multiple sectors of the economy.
With ten (10) years of professional legal experience, Agbor-Nduku has developed a strong reputation for excellence in Cameroonian corporate and commercial law. His practice is characterized by a deep understanding of local legal frameworks, combined with a sophisticated appreciation of business strategy and risk management. He regularly advises clients on high-stakes transactions and regulatory issues, both domestic and cross-border.

Agbor-Nduku holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours from the University of Buea, Cameroon. He completed his professional legal training at the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 and, later, the Cameroon Bar in 2018, giving him valuable exposure to regional legal systems and cross-border legal practice.
