Shri Abhyankar
Professional Biography
Shri Abhyankar is a member of Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Shri focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counselling, with an emphasis on patent litigation and enforcement. He represents clients in patent infringement lawsuits in federal district courts across the United States as well as before the International Trade Commission. Shri has been named to the 2016 Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star list.
Shri received his J.D., cum laude, in 2007 from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as associate editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. He earned his B.S. in neuroscience and behavioural biology in 2003 from Emory University.
Shri is active in the Atlanta community, including service as a founding board member of Buckhead Charities Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that benefits local charities across the city of Atlanta.
