Armando Bode
Professional Biography
Armando Bode is an Associate at Boga & Associates, where he has been a key member of the firm since 2015. In his role as a lawyer, Armando provides comprehensive legal assistance to foreign investors, including Fortune 500 companies, across a wide spectrum of business law matters. His expertise includes corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal considerations related to foreign investment.
Armando specializes in complex investment projects, particularly in the fields of energy, public-private partnerships (PPP)/concessions, and investment banking. In addition, he is a licensed Trademark Attorney and has provided legal counsel on competition law, intellectual property (IP), information technology (IT), and data protection. His clients include leading international brands in the telecommunications, fashion, and food sectors.
Beyond his client-focused work, Armando is an active legal scholar and regularly contributes articles to law journals and magazines within his areas of practice. He also supports various business associations with pro-bono legal advice.
Before joining Boga & Associates, Armando gained valuable experience as President of the European Law Students’ Association – Albania and worked as a paralegal for a local NGO providing free legal aid.
