Firm Description:
New York, the start point of a future flourishing and growing partnership where two brilliant students sharing the same social and ethical values met for the first time and built mutual trust and confidence while on a journey to pursue their law studies in Loyola University law school, in the USA.
After graduation and driven by common values and strong ambitions for a wider horizons towards the future, the future managing partners, Mr Yannil BELBACHIR and Mr. Rodolfo DRUDI meets to expose each their future professional aims and how they plan to reach them. They both express, by desire and passion, their dream to create a business law firm ensuring high quality consulting and litigation services for the benefit of international business corporations in North Africa Countries and help them navigate through the investment regulations governing these markets.
The idea came to life with the first office created in Libya on 2008 and the approach to Algeria on the following year, under challenging context marked with complexe market regulations in both countries including the turmoil that affected Libya on 2011. However, such negative conditions never intimidated them and for over 13 years the Firm learned how to mitigate the risks and turn them into opportunities for their clients and gaining the trust of primary multinationals and international organisations.
Indeed, these achievements have been made out of their continued dedication and patience, ethical values and real understanding of the social, cultural, economic and administrative framework of the target markets. Such values were transferred to the Firm, which grew during the years a dynamic and flexible team whose talented members enjoy multicultural backgrounds endorsed with a deep experience in handling complex legal cases.
