Feld Hyde, P.C. and Dominick, Fletcher, Yeilding, Wood & Lloyd, P.A., two of Birmingham’s most experienced and respected law firms, have joined together to create, in the words of Greg Hyde, a co-founder of Feld Hyde, “a depth and breadth of experience in health care law, business transactions, estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate litigation, tax law, and family law that is equal to or greater than most large law firms in Alabama.”

Dominick Fletcher, founded in 1943, concentrated its practice in the areas of charitable organizations, health care, estate planning, probate, business transactions, family law, and commercial real estate, with signifcant growth being experienced in its health care and non-profit practice areas in recent years. With 10 of its 14 lawyers having advanced law degrees (Master of Laws in Taxation), Feld Hyde was referred to by some as a “tax boutique.”

Feld Hyde focused its practice in estate planning, probate, business transactions, asset protection, and tax law for high net worth individuals, families and closely held businesses.
