Founding Partner of Louis Ambrose & Partners with more than 27 years’ experience as an Advocate & Solicitor with substantial experience in both civil litigation and employment law.
In the area of civil litigation, I act as counsel in a wide variety of matters in all tiers of the civil courts in Malaysia.
In employment law, I have vast experience in providing advisory services to local and foreign clients on a wide array of matters, including recruitment, termination, reorganisation, downsizing and cross border mergers & acquisition exercises. He also acts as counsel in employment disputes in the Industrial Court and all tiers of the Malaysian Courts.
I am a certified as a “Tutor Trainer Trial Advocacy” by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2011 and I regularly provide training to young advocates through the Advocacy Training Programme conducted by the Malaysian Bar.
