Karim Khoukhi is admitted to the New York Bar as Attorney &  Counsellor at Law and to the Paris Bar as Avocat à la Cour. Karim Khoukhi is a member of the American Bar Association and of the New York State Bar Association. Karim Khoukhi is the Chair of the Algeria Chapter at the New York State Bar Association (International Section). Before founding his law firm, Karim Khoukhi worked during eight years as a Lawyer for Cabinet Landwell (correspondent law firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers, Paris) and Cabinet Taj (correspondent law firm of Deloitte & Touche, Neuilly-sur- Seine). Karim Khoukhi also acquired professional experience in Entertainment Law with J.M. Ciantar (Paris).

Karim Khoukhi holds a LL.M in International Taxation and Intellectual Property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York), a Masters Degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Paris) and a MBA in Administration of International Affairs from the CESCI Business School (Paris). Karim Khoukhi attended the Alternative Dispute Resolution seminar of Prof. Hal Abramson & Prof. Lela Love (New York). Karim Khoukhi taught “Expatriates’ Taxation” and “French Wealth Taxation” at DJCE Cergy Pontoise Univeristy (2004 & 2005). Karim Khoukhi is also the author of a thesis Les Dangers de l’Autoproduction Artistique (1998).
