Khaled joined Ali Sharif Zu’bi Advocates & Legal Consultants in April 1992 as an associate. He became a partner in August 1997 and our firm’s Managing Partner in April 2005 when Sharif was appointed Minister of Industry & Trade in the Government of Jordan.Khaled also heads our firm’s Projects and Major Transactions Section. He has acted as lead lawyer on a variety of financing transactions including the underwriting and syndication of loans, secured commercial lending transactions, commercial paper and foreign trade financing transactions in addition to a variety of equity and debt finance transactions.
