Attorney Dr. Arzu ONGUR is the managing partner of ONGUR & PARTNERS International Law Office. She is a well-recognized lawyer based in Turkey, with expertise in international law, arbitration, and litigation. She has extensive professional experience in Turkey and abroad, including in Italy, Belgium, and the USA. She has represented many important local and international clients, government authorities, and embassies before national courts and international arbitration tribunals in multinational and complex legal disputes. She holds legal degrees and has received professional training in both Turkey and Italy.
Dr. Arzu ONGUR focuses on ICC and ICSID Arbitration, Public Procurement and PPP Projects, Energy/Oil & Gas Law, Mining Law, Foreign Direct Investments, Privatizations, Litigation, International Contracts, Defence Industry, Banking Law, Administrative Law, Competition Law, Aviation Law, and Transportation Law.
Av. Dr. Arzu ONGUR is the President of ILIDA (International Law Investment and Development Association), Vice President of the Turkish American and International Women Association, a Board Member of the Arbitration Council of the Ankara Bar Association, a Board Member of the Italian Chamber of Industries, a Board Member of the Ankara Bar Association International Relations Center, and the coordinator of the twinning project between the Ankara Bar Association and the Florence Bar Association. She is the only Italian-speaking lawyer in Ankara who holds sworn translation authorization for Italian-Turkish and English-Turkish.
