Ahmad Al-Khalil is a highly experienced bilingual lawyer with over two decades of legal expertise spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. Based in Abu Dhabi, Ahmad currently serves as a Partner at Crimson Legal, where he advises clients across the GCC and Levant regions. His well-rounded practice covers a broad spectrum of legal areas, including corporate and M&A transactions, technology, employment, criminal claims, and real estate.
Ahmad’s career includes significant tenures with both prestigious law firms and multinational corporations, equipping him with a unique perspective on legal strategy and business operations. Adept at corporate structuring, he regularly drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide range of contracts—ranging from shareholder and sale and purchase agreements to distribution and agency agreements. He is also well-versed in advising on labour law, HR policies, and day-to-day operational matters. In addition, Ahmad brings extensive litigation experience, handling both civil and criminal cases, and supports clients in navigating regulatory frameworks, including working directly with the Central Bank and Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) to resolve complex compliance issues.
Known for his sharp negotiation skills and pragmatic approach, Ahmad is also a skilled mediator who consistently delivers solutions that align with his clients’ commercial objectives.
