Professional Biography
Daniel Damjanovic has been advising clients in corporate and foundation law for over 15 years, helping businesses and foundations navigate complex cross-border transactions. He has played a key role in corporate restructurings, company relocations, and cross-border mergers, always focusing on practical solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
In addition to his practice, Daniel has taught Liechtenstein Foundation Law and Persons and Companies Law at the University of Innsbruck since 2015. He combines academic insight with hands-on experience, guiding clients through legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
