Adewale Oladejo

Our principal has over 18 years of legal practice experience including over 10 years in Australian Immigration Law, Practice & Procedure.

Adewale Oladejo holds a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Honours) degree and has also completed Master of Public International Law at the University of Melbourne in 1999. He subsequently attended the College of Law, Sydney for his practical legal training and has been an Australian lawyer following his admission as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2002. He was appointed a Public Notary for Victoria by the Supreme Court of Victoria in May 2016.

He has practised law in Melbourne. Prior to becoming the principal at VisaTEC Legal, his legal career included some 6 years’ experience working variously in a specialist Immigration Law Firm as well as obtaining position as the senior lawyer / migration agent with a large non-profit migrant resource centre, both in Melbourne. He is also registered as a migration agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), MARN: 0316370

Mona Shah, Esq

Mehreen Shah, LLB (Hons) or Mona Shah as she is more commonly known.

Born in the UK, Mona graduated from the University of Northumbria in England in 1990. Mona was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1993, and was admitted to the New York Bar and the United States Federal Bar in 1997.

Masahito Nakai

Masahito Nakai started his practice in March 1992 and is widely recognized as one of the leading immigration lawyers in Japan. George M. Hyzler

George graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 1979 and obtained a Diploma in European Integration from the University of Amsterdam in 1980. His principal practice areas are Corporate and Civil Law. He acts as legal counsel to a number of local and international firms inter alia (ital) in the fields of transport, insurance and ICT. He is active in Transport Law advising a number of transport companies. George is active in Immigration Law with strong links in China and South Africa and advises foreign companies to set up in Malta. George is currently Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Malta Arbitration Centre, director on the Board of the Malta Tourism Authority, member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and member of the Ethics Committee for Advocates. He is currently serving as Non-Resident High Commissioner of Malta to South Africa.

George is a former Member of Parliament. He also served as Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry for Economic Services (1998 and 2003), responsible mainly for competition, consumer protection, intellectual property, and standardisation. Immigration Law Practice:

The Immigration Act provides for the issuance of residence permits to individuals that apply for retirement, settlement or indefinite stays in Malta. Upon successfully acquiring a permit to reside in Malta an applicant will be issued with a European e-residence card. A European e-residence card serves the dual purpose of a residence permit, as well as that of an identification document. The e-residence card is issued by the Department of Citizenship and Expatriate Affairs and is generally renewable an annual basis

Marcos Chiluisa

Eleni Philippou

Eleni obtained her LLB (Honours) from the University of Nottingham in 2000 and obtained a Masters (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield with Distinction. She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2002.


Eleni is the Managing Partner of Polycarpos Philippou & Associates LLC.


She heads the Conveyancing & Immigration Department and the Estate Planning & Probate Department of the firm. Her expertise also includes commercial agreements and corporate and trusts administration.


Eleni has extensive experience in Immigration and Conveyancing matters helping many private clients, including high net worth individuals, from non-EU countries to obtain permissions for Permanent Residency and Cypriot Passports from an EU member state through the investment schemes provided for in the relevant Cyprus Laws.


Eleni speaks English and Greek fluently and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
