Paul is one of the founding partners of Wordley Partnership, having been a partner in a major international law firm where he was a member of the Management and Strategy Boards respectively.

He also has significant mediation experience having represented clients in several successful multi-million-dollar mediations. Paul has also conducted numerous arbitrations before LMAA, ICC, SCC and LCIA.
