Atty. Migs Nograles is the Founding Partner & Chief Executive Officer of NICLD Law.
She earned her double degree in Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration as Class Valedictorian from the De La Salle University and Far Eastern University Consortium in 2018 and passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 2019. She is a multifaceted professional: a practicing lawyer, law professor, businesswoman, and a member of the 19th Congress (2022–2025).
She is an accredited arbitrator of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR) and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
Before assuming her legislative role, she worked as an associate at Villaraza & Angangco Law and later co-founded NICLD Law. Her expertise covers civil law, corporate law, labor law, intellectual property, corporate and government affairs, legislative strategy, and arbitration.
Migs is currently finishing her Executive Masters of Law at the London School of Economics and Public Policy specializing in International and Corporate Law.
