Tony Budidjaja

Mr. Budidjaja is a business lawyer with 20 years of experience in the legal arena. He has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution (both in Indonesia and overseas), international trade and customs, insurance, and corporate restructuring matters.

Mr. Budidjaja is an accredited mediator and arbitrator in Indonesia and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He also sits on the panel of approved mediators and arbitrators of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and other dispute resolution institutions.

Mr. Budidjaja is one of the few legal practitioners in Indonesia dual-qualified as capital market legal consultant and tax court attorney.

Mr. Budidjaja has written a number of books, articles and columns and often been invited as a resource person to share his knowledge and experience in a number of governmental and inter-governmental forums in Indonesia and overseas.
