Per Hemmer is an expert on energy law and the environment and has long-standing experience advising large Danish and international energy and utility companies.

Per has advised on several energy transactions affecting government and municipal institutions as well as private companies, including the reorganisation and separation of energy companies/utilities, the purchase and sale of CHP plants, gas storage facilities and transmission and distribution networks as well as offshore wind farms.

Moreover, Per advises Danish and foreign oil and gas clients on license and contractual matters in Denmark and Greenland.

Per is highly experienced in the establishment of public utilities, district cooling, waste-to-energy, biogas and geothermal energy, wind turbines as well as offshore wind farms and offshore infrastructure.
