Nikos A. Rotsides

Mr Nikos A. Rotsides received his LLB (Hons) in 2007 from the City Law School in London. In the same year he trained for the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and in 2008 he was called as a Barrister to the Utter Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn.

During the same period Mr Rotsides accepted offers from City Law School and from Cass Business School and taught as a visiting lecturer Criminal Law and Business Law at a graduate and undergraduate level.

Mr Rotsides returned to Cyprus in 2008 where he has been practicing in private practice ever since. After practicing his first years as a general litigation practitioner he later focused exclusively in personal injury and medical negligence litigation.

In his years of practice as a Cyprus Lawyer he has handled a plethora of cases and has managed to achieve an excellent track record and a remarkable reputation amongst the public and his peers. In 2010 he handled a landmark case for Cypriot Courts where acting as head litigator in a €500 million dispute on behalf of the ultimate beneficial owner of a Cyprus International Trust involving property worldwide he managed to obtain a series of rarely issued worldwide Mareva injunctions providing for the protection of the Trust Property.

Mr Rotsides set up N. Rotsides & Co LLC in June 2011. Ever since Mr Rotsides has focused his practice in personal injury and compensation law and works together with clients that have suffered injuries in order to recover their fair compensation for their pain and suffering.
