In Energy matters Mariana advises local and transnational companies on regulatory and contractual aspects in the industry including their relationship with Government Regulators.

She also leads the firm’s largest M&A , restructurings and tax planning projects becoming a reliable advisor to clients with high capacity to analyze and solve complex problems, advising sophisticated structures and finding solutions customized to the clients’ necessities. This is the core business practice of the firm.
