Mariam Akanbi

Mariam Akanbi is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds group based in the firm’s London office.

Ms. Akanbi advises managers on their fund structuring, establishment, operation and fund raising of private investment funds and advises investors on their fund investments. She also advises on co-investment and separate managed account arrangements. Ms. Akanbi has also assisted with fund-related corporate transactions. She has worked on a number of fund raisings for emerging market funds, infrastructure funds and European buyout funds.
